Police in Beavercreek, Ohio, said they were called to the scene of the shooting and there is no immediate threat to the public. Beaver Creek is located in the eastern suburbs of Dayton, which has a population of approximately 46,000.

Reuters reported that the witnesssocial mediaIt said the gunman opened fire with an assault rifle.
“I was shopping for some Thanksgiving supplies and this guy came up to me with an assault rifle and started shooting,” one woman said in a video posted on social media.
“I ran away… he shot me 10 times… I’m lucky to be alive,” she said, crying.
Another witness described the gunman on social media as a “tall young white male” carrying a military-style backpack.
Photos from the scene show a large number of police cars with warning lights flashing and converging on Walmart.
WHIO quoted a hospital spokesperson as saying that Soin Medical Center treated three patients injured in the shooting.
Police said they will release more information as they learn more.
