Roberts’ attorney, Craig Durham, reported that the Roberts family overstayed their camping permit in the Payette National Forest, and police issued several misdemeanor violation tickets for camping on public lands. Roberts’ brother, Tibber Timber Roberts, 35, is wanted for disorderly conduct. After being arrested in the national forest, Timber Roberts was sent to prison.
