Red wine may be on your Thanksgiving menu, but for some people, even a small glass can cause a headache, and now researchers say they may have found out why.
In a new study published Monday in the journal Scientific Reports, UC Davis scientists have found that a naturally occurring substance in red wine may be responsible, interfering with the proper metabolism of alcohol.
