“The current (Kiev) regime is absolutely poisonous, and we see no alternative to co-existence with it at the moment,” Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik told reporters in Moscow, Reuters reports.
Miloshnik alleged that Russia would defeat Ukrainian forces in a so-called “special military operation” and would do everything it could to oppose the US-led NATO military alliance. He also said that the West would eventually lose interest and Kiev officials would collapse.
Additionally, Russia today also claimed that an attempt to penetrate the eastern coast of Ukraine-occupied Kherson Oblast was foiled and Ukrainian forces suffered “heavy losses”.
